How can I request an interim bill?

When you submit a meter reading, an interim bill is created, billing you from your last issued invoice, to the date and meter reading you have provided.

In some cases interim bills may not be issued, for example if the difference between your actual meter reading and the recorded meter reading is less than 150 units, or your meter is due to be read in the next 7 days. If this happens, PM us with your account details and a member of our Social Media team will manually process this for you. Please note that we cannot issue Ad Hoc Bills for Gas Accounts.
