You can submit a meter reading in several ways:
- By downloading our Meter Reading App
- Through your Online Billing account (to register for online billing click here)
- By phone at 1850 372 372
- We can also accept meter readings here on Facebook, just send a PM with your details and the current meter reading.
For your gas account, you can also submit your readings in the same way, though once we receive them; we must first submit them to Bord Gais Networks to be validated. Once they are, your bill can then be issued.
